All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan and may offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
